Hop To It! challenge #9

Today's challenge is to go green on your layout.
Lori provided us with a pagemaps sketch.
My recycled item is my buttons that were cut off of a
discarded shirt.

Hometown Assignment #3

Our photo challenge for this week is: Photograph your local park.
I hope Lori will allow last years pic. Just no getting out this week.
This is a state park a few miles from us where we go to take our
walk at night.

Hop To It challenge #8

Today's challenge comes with two parts:

So, dig out the first page you did and find something on it that inspires you to create another layout;

I really don't know which was first, but here is one from my first book.
See those holes? I punched holes in my pages, and put them in a magnetic album. GASP!!! So, what inspired me from this page? NOTHING! I took my
inspiration from fun characters. My son and daughter were so excited to meet Ronald McDonald.

Part two of the challenge:
My layout is from a visit to Sea World, using the sketch.

Hop To It challenge #7

Today's challenge is: pair up some of your oldest photos with some of your newest kits/papers. And we have a pagemaps sketch to work with.
So, these pics of Maddie are 6 years old. I used some Basic Grey Lemonade, a Sassafrass flower with some oldies but goodies from my stash.

Our challenge is to use the following items, and nothing else on our layout.

1 sheet cardstock in green or brown

Easter cards

Today I'm showing you the Easter cards that I sent my granddaughters.
Lots of PTI goodness, but Studio G stamps from Michaels.
Hope you enjoy!!

Apron Strings sketch challenge

We have a challenge at Apron Strings using a sketch from Julie Bonner.
Here's my layout from our Alaska trip using Cosmo Crickett.

Easter Card

Here's a card I did for my grown son, Joe. I wanted something not so cutesy.
These bunnies really suit his personality. And the color scheme,
well, I colored the stamp first, then picked colors to coordinate.
Thanks for looking!
