Papertrey Ink Celebration challenge

Papertrey Ink as part of the anniversary celebration posted a set of tags designed by some of the stamp designers. We were challenged to create a card with one of the tags. I used Nicole's happy birthday tag. My card was made using the numbers impression plate, the rick rack die, and the polka dot basics stamp set.

    I really love your card. The polka dots and that impression plate are perfect. The ricrack goes so nicely with this one too. Great job.
